Interested in Facilitating an OD Braintrust?
OD Braintrusts are interactive, practitioner-led conversations where our community comes together to explore the real questions, challenges, and trends shaping organization development and the workplace.
They’re not webinars or formal presentations. They’re spaces to think together.
Each Braintrust centers on a relevant topic or question and creates room for participants to share experiences, challenge assumptions, learn from one another, and leave with new perspectives they can bring back to their work.
What Does It Mean to Facilitate?
As a Braintrust facilitator, you help spark and guide the conversation, not have all the answers.
You’ll bring a topic, challenge, or question you think is worth exploring and work with ODNY to shape it into an engaging community discussion. During the session, you might introduce the topic, offer a few ideas or observations to get us started, pose questions to the group, and help connect themes as the conversation unfolds.
The best Braintrusts are participatory, practical, and curious. We want to hear from the room, not just the person at the front of it.
Who Can Get Involved?
If there’s something happening in organizations, leadership, talent, change, learning, AI, culture, or the broader world of work that has you thinking, “We should be talking about this,” we want to hear from you.
You don’t need to have a polished presentation or fully developed session. Start with the idea. The ODNY team can work with you to shape the topic, format, and discussion.
Braintrusts are about contributing to the community, sharing what you’re seeing, and creating space for practitioners to learn from one another.
