By Practitioners, For Practitioners

ODNY is led by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of organization development practitioners and workplace leaders from across the New York City metro region.

Our board helps shape the direction of ODNY, steward the organization, and create meaningful ways for the OD community to learn, connect, contribute, and grow together.

What the Board Does

Together, board members:

  • Shape ODNY’s strategy, priorities, and future direction

  • Develop programming and learning opportunities for the community

  • Create opportunities for practitioners to connect and build relationships

  • Build partnerships and strengthen ODNY’s presence across the NYC metro area

  • Support the ongoing operations and sustainability of the organization

  • Listen to the community and help ODNY evolve alongside the field

Most importantly, we’re practitioners ourselves. We bring different experiences, perspectives, industries, and areas of expertise — but share a belief in the value of learning from one another.
