ODNY brings the organization development community together virtually and in person throughout the year through conversations, learning experiences, and opportunities to connect.

Our programming is designed by practitioners, for practitioners — creating space to exchange ideas, explore what’s happening in the field, and build relationships with people who understand the work.

Virtual OD Braintrust

Our recurring monthly OD Braintrust brings practitioners together virtually to dig into timely questions, challenges, and ideas shaping our work.

These aren’t webinars or presentations. They’re facilitated conversations where you can share what you’re seeing, hear how others are approaching the work, and leave with new perspectives to bring back to your organization or clients.

In-Person Events

Throughout the year, we also create opportunities for the ODNY community to get together across the New York City metro area — from networking and community gatherings to practitioner learning sessions and other special events.

Some are structured. Some are social. All are designed to help people doing this work connect with one another.
