Community Resource Submission Guidelines
ODNY welcomes original articles, tools, templates, frameworks, research, and other resources that support learning and practice across the Organization Development community.
By submitting a resource to ODNY, you confirm that:
You have the right to share it. The submission is your original work, or you have permission to share any content created by others.
Sources are appropriately credited. Ideas, research, quotations, frameworks, images, or other materials created by others are clearly attributed to the appropriate source or creator.
The work has not been plagiarized. Your submission does not present another person’s work, ideas, or intellectual property as your own.
Confidentiality is protected. The submission does not disclose confidential, proprietary, personally identifiable, client-specific, employee-specific, or otherwise sensitive information without appropriate authorization.
Any examples are appropriate to share. Organizational or client examples have been anonymized where necessary, and you have obtained permission when an individual or organization can be identified.
The content is relevant and constructive. Submissions should contribute to learning, discussion, or practice within the OD and broader people/organization community.
The submission is not primarily promotional. Resources should be educational and community-focused rather than advertisements for products, services, events, or businesses.
You authorize ODNY to share the resource. By submitting, you give ODNY permission to publish, link to, feature, and promote the resource through ODNY's website, community channels, newsletters, and social media, with appropriate credit to the author or creator.
ODNY may review submissions. Submission does not guarantee publication. ODNY reserves the right to decline content or request edits before sharing it with the community.
Before You Submit
Please make sure your resource is accessible through a shareable online link, such as Google Docs, Microsoft 365/SharePoint, or another web-based platform. Set permissions so that anyone with the link can view without requesting access.
